Doc On The Go is a proprietary healthcare solution providing access to Teladoc. Teladoc is a nationwide network of highly qualified doctors who can diagnose, recommend treatment, and prescribe medication when necessary through phone or video consultations.
There is no copay or consultation fee for physician consultations for subscribers through Doc On The Go. All general medical consultations are FREE OF CHARGE regardless of the number of calls, provided that your membership is currently active. Members will be responsible for the cost of prescription if a doctor provides medication. In addition to Teladoc, members can take advantage of all the discount programs. Fees may apply to other services included in your subscription.
Teladoc services will be available the day following your enrollment. You will receive an email with instructions for completing your medical profile with Teladoc. You can use the Prescription Discount Program immediately after completing your enrollment.
You will receive an email on the day following your enrollment with instructions for completing your Teladoc account setup. You can access Teladoc by calling 1-800-Teladoc or via the Teladoc smartphone app, or through your computer at Teladoc.com.
Teladoc and our additional services are available to your household. Your spouse and any dependents under the age of 30 are included in your subscription.
You may cancel your Doc On The Go membership at any time and for any reason. Simply notify us that you want to cancel your membership using the contact information at the bottom of this page.
You may request a refund of your initial payment provided that you cancel your service within 15 days of your initial payment, provided that you have not already used any of the Doc On The Go services. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to the contact information at the bottom of this page. Refunds will be made either by crediting or cancelling the initial payment method used. No refund will be issued for any payment after 15 days from the time of the initial payment or if you use any of the Doc On The Go services.
