Membership with Doc On the Go is not insurance or a health insurance policy. Instead, it provides access to the Services. Doc On The Go is not a licensed insurer, health maintenance organization, or other underwriter of health care services. No portion of any provider’s fees will be reimbursed or otherwise paid by Doc On The Go. Doc On The Go is not licensed to provide and does not provide medical services or items to individuals. The medical providers who provide the Services are solely responsible for the professional advice and treatment rendered to members and Doc On The Go disclaims any liability with respect to such matters.

You can cancel your Membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Services and the Site through the end of your Billing Period. If you cancel your Membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
3.3 Termination by Doc On The Go.
Doc On The Go reserves the right to terminate your Membership and access to Services and the Site at any time and without notice. If Doc On The Go terminates you without cause,
it shall refund a pro-rata portion of the Membership Fee based on the amount of time remaining in the Billing Period.
4.1 Membership Fee.
By signing up for Membership with Doc On The Go, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee (“Membership Fee”) for access to the Services. This fee is disclosed to you at sign-up and may be changed by Doc On The Go at any time upon without notice. The Membership Fee for the first month is due when you sign up for Membership, and the fee for subsequent months is due upon renewal.

Along with the Membership Fee, you agree to pay any other charges related to your use of the Services, including, without limitation, taxes and transactions fees. These will be due concurrently with the payment of the Membership Fee.

Doc On The Go offers a free month of services* for eligible customers. To start your free month simply go to Doconthego.net, select the payment option that is best for you. You will not be charged during your free trial, and you can cancel anytime. We will remind you when your free trial is about to end, so you can cancel your account if you’d rather not become a Doc on The Go/Teladoc member. If you choose to continue your subscription after your trial ends, you will be automatically charged your monthly or annual fee.

6. Site Access, Security and Restrictions; Passwords
You agree to complete the registration process for access to the Services by providing current, complete, and accurate information as required by Doc On The Go. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account with Doc On The Go. You agree to protect the confidentiality of your user ID and password, and not to share or disclose your user ID or password to any third party. You agree that you are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your user ID.
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access; or (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication
measures without proper authorization; or (c) accessing or using the or any portion of the site thereof without authorization, in violation of these Termsof Use or in violation of applicable law.
You may not use any scraper, crawler, spider, robot or other automated means of any kind to access or copy data on the Site, deep-link to any feature or content on the Site, bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site.
You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Doc On The Go without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Doc On The Go’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of Doc On The Go.
7. Claims of Copyright Infringement
We disclaim any responsibility or liability for copyrighted materials posted on our Site. If you believe that your work has been copied in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures set forth below.
Doc On The Go respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to Doc On The Go’s Designated Copyright Agent, identified below.
